BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - CORE VALUES PRINCIPLES

Dedicated Care Health Services integrates the core principles of team-based approach to care. These include shared goals, clear roles, mutual trust, effective communication and measurable processes and outcomes. Our Person-Centered Care Planning Process is a coordinated process that enables effective development and articulation of our philosophy.   This process includes the intake process, the diagnostic assessment and development of the person-centered treatment plan. Our Core services are provided in a prompt, professional, efficient and courteous manner. Educating and informing each consumer about his/her mental health diagnosis and treatment options is our number one priority.  At DCHS, every consumer will be given the opportunity to understand and participate in the treatment goals with our multi-disciplinary team.
